Kimberley Anne Small Luxury Hotel is thrilled to have won the prestigious Diamond Award in the South African Diners Club Winelist Awards 2016. This coveted distinction recognises restauranteurs whose innovative pairing of fine wines and signature dishes perfectly reflects the unique ambience of the establishment’s dining experience.
Inspired by Executive Chef Stephanie Smith’s signature menu, renowned sommelier Ingrid Motteux from Winewise carefully procured the ideal wines to complement each dish.
We pride ourselves on creating an immersive dining environment where everything from the locally inspired ingredients and international culinary trends to the décor, lighting and menu design add to the experience. We are incredibly proud to have won the top Diamond Award in this year’s Diners Club Wine List Awards – a first for the Northern Cape, and one bestowed on only 20 establishments throughout Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
The awards are adjudicated by a team of restaurant and wine experts, media members and chefs, as well as the South African Sommeliers’ Association. We’d like to thank all the judges who voted for us, as well as our exceptional staff whose dedication to service excellence made it all possible.
